We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef – Sushi to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes with consistency and creativity.
- Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of seafood and ingredients.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Supervise and guide kitchen team members during operations.
- Support inventory control, stock management, and ordering.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Sous Chef or Senior Sushi Chef.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine.
- Experience handling seafood and maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
