About the Job
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Kitchen Manager to oversee and manage daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise overall kitchen operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient performance.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency according to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, wastage, and portion control.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock management.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen workflow during peak operational hours.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections and ensure equipment maintenance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new kitchen employees.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or cloud kitchen operations preferred.
  • HACCP or Food Safety Certification is an advantage.
