What You’ll Do:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Ensure guests are seated promptly and comfortably.
Handle reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a positive and polished first impression of the restaurant or venue.
Supervise and coordinate the host/hostess team.
Train new hosts/hostesses on greeting standards, reservation systems, and guest service.
Assign and monitor tasks to ensure front-of-house operations run smoothly.
Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to manage flow.
Manage booking systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms) and walk-ins.
Keep an accurate floor plan and track table turnover.
Balance seating to optimize server workload and ensure timely service.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (fluency is a must).
Proficiency in Russian or any European language is a strong advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable personality.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Familiarity with MS Excel and Word.
Ability to upsell and confidently explain menu items.
A proactive team player with strong time management and leadership potential.
