Kitopi is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Commis Chef experienced in International Cuisine to join our culinary team! If you love working in a fast-paced environment and want to grow your skills with a company that truly invests in its people, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes from various international cuisines
- Follow recipes, standards, and hygiene practices
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef
- Experience in International Cuisine is a must
- Strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
