We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Tandoor & Curry to manage the Indian hot kitchen section. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both tandoor cooking and Indian curry preparation, ensuring high-quality food production, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Tandoor Section:

Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs, and tandoori specialties
Handle marination and ensure proper cooking temperatures
Maintain and operate the tandoor safely

Curry Section:

Prepare a variety of Indian curries, gravies, and biryanis
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Manage mise en place and daily prep activities

Kitchen Operations:

Supervise and guide Commis chefs
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization

Requirements:

Proven experience as CDP or DCDP in Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and curry preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good leadership and communication skills
Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Experience:

3–6 years in a similar role
