About the Job
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Tandoor & Curry to manage the Indian hot kitchen section. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both tandoor cooking and Indian curry preparation, ensuring high-quality food production, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Tandoor Section:
  •  Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs, and tandoori specialties.
  •  Handle marination and ensure proper cooking temperatures. 
  •  Maintain and operate the tandoor safely. 
Curry Section:
  •  Prepare a variety of Indian curries, gravies, and biryanis.
  •  Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation. 
  •  Manage mise en place and daily prep activities. 
Kitchen Operations:
  •  Supervise and guide Commis chefs. 
  •  Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). 
  •  Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage. 
  •  Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization. 

Requirements:
  •  Proven experience as CDP or DCDP in Indian cuisine.
  •  Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and curry preparation.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  •  Good leadership and communication skills. 
  •  Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred. 

Experience:
  • 3–6 years in a similar role.
