We are seeking a talented CDP – Healthy Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing nutritious, balanced, and high-quality meals while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook healthy cuisine dishes according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Handle daily food preparation efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Stay updated with healthy food trends and nutritional practices.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as CDP in Healthy Cuisine or similar role.
- Good knowledge of healthy cooking techniques, nutrition, and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthy restaurants, meal prep kitchens, or cloud kitchens.
- Knowledge of calorie-conscious, high-protein, vegan, gluten-free, or diet-based meal preparation.
